Terms Of Service

Terms of Service: By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.RULES
General:
Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
- Payment must be made via invoicing or via Ko-Fi.
- All transactions are to be paid in full upfront before the work begins. Refunds will not be issued for completed artwork.
- Non-visual references will not be accepted; please provide valid visual references. Providing full references avoids any oversight and ensures the completed product is to your liking.
- I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason, specified or unspecified.
- All artwork will be transferred digitally through Email, Discord, or any applicable platform the Artist chooses.
- I will DO fanart, OCs, and Furry.
- I will NOT DO, mecha, NSFW, or anything offensive.Communication:
Communication about commission between the client and artist will take place either through email at [email protected] or Discord for the purpose of record-keeping and consolidation. All communication must be in English. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their request is translated and concisely worded with minimal abbreviations. Any other forms of communication will be up to the Artist to decide if they want to use those platforms.Usage Policy:
- I reserve all the rights to my work.
- My artwork is for PERSONAL USE only. My artwork can not be used for profit or other commercial uses without explicit permission.
- Artwork for COMMERCIAL USE will have an additional fee to be negotiated upon contact.
- Using my artwork for ANY NFT or cryptocurrency use-case is prohibited.
- Using my artwork as reference for or to train a generative artificial-intelligence (AI) tool or platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any commission work produced by me may be used for reasons including—but not limited to—portfolio submissions and social media promotion.COMMISSIONS
Ordering:
The client must fill out a commission form FIRST before sending any money. Upon reviewing your request, I will send a message via submitted contact information with an exact quote for your approval to begin the commission. You may also send a commission through Ko-Fi.PAYMENTS / REFUNDS / FEES
Payment:
Prior to the start of the commission, an invoice will be sent outlining the required costs to start the commission. Payment is accepted via Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. Payments must be sent in USD. You are responsible for any additional transfer or conversion fees and payments that may be incurred. If an invoice is not sent, the commission request is cancelled.Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued for commissions that have already been accepted and started. In the event that I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.Fees:
These fees will vary for reasons including—but not limited to—use cases, nature of the artwork, and client details.TIMELINE
Deadlines:
A commission of average complexity should take no longer than 3 weeks to complete, given normal circumstances. If a commission exceeds an average amount of complexity or has to be delayed for any circumstance, a new estimated time of completion will be given as soon as possible. If a delay has to be extended for an extended period of time due to extraneous circumstances, a 50% refund may be issued.Last updated: 02.16.26
